   Born c. 1150 in or near Sint-Truiden in the Duchy of Brabant, the youngest of three orphaned sisters.

2. died

   Reportedly died young of a seizure and revived at her own funeral Mass — the episode that gave rise to her epithet Mirabilis. Thomas of Cantimpré's Vita (c. 1232) records her subsequent austerities and visionary ecstasies as expiations for the souls in purgatory.

3. died — 1224

   Died 24 July 1224 at the convent of St Catherine in Sint-Truiden, attended by the canonesses there. Never formally canonized; venerated by local cultus confirmed in the Premonstratensian and Cistercian calendars.
